The Supply Chain area coordinates the production, storage and delivery of Yara products. The planning, implementation and movement of the raw material and products, from the source to the delivery, are activities of this area.

Responsibilities

Develops and executes Customer Service strategy necessary to support future business growth.
Lead the team in collaboration with Sales and the Customer to investigate and resolve order management issues.
Supervises order fulfillment (order to cash), will lead the resolution of Gaps and implementation of reports.
Oversees Supply and Sales KPI’s and leads action plans.
Work with the team to analyze and determine the appropriate action to resolve issues relative to customer returns, refusals, vendor compliance and inventory related deductions: manage customer negotiations to a resolution of these issues.
Delivers all activities relating to the order to invoicing process, whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and liaising with all relevant areas within Yara.
Profile

Spirit of collaboration, protagonism, curiosity, sense of ownership and respect for differences.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, and related areas.
Relevant experience in Customer Service & Logistics, Sales, or Supply Chain.
Leadership experience.
Fluent in English and Portuguese.
